• Your hom e screen m ay appear different than shown. For
exam ple, the m enu feature icons norm ally are hidden to allow a
better view of the w allpaper im age. You can still select the
m enu icons when they are hidden from view. To show or hide
m enu icons, see page 82.
• Your phone can display an analog or digital clock in the hom e
screen (see page 81).
• Your phone's display norm ally is visible only when the display
backlight is on, or w hen the display is view ed in direct sunlight.
To extend battery life, the backlight turns off autom atically
w hen no activity is detected for a period of tim e. The backlight
turns back on when you open the flip or press any key. To set
