To m axim ise your battery's perform ance:
• Alw ays use M otorola O riginal batteries and battery chargers.
The phone warranty does not cover dam age caused from using
non-M otorola batteries and/or battery chargers.
• N ew batteries or batteries that have been stored for a long tim e
m ay require a longer charge tim e.
• M aintain the battery at or near room tem perature when
charging.
• D o not expose batteries to tem peratures below -10°C (14°F) or
above 45°C (113°F). Always take your phone with you w hen
you leave your vehicle.
• W hen you do not intend to use a battery for a w hile, store it
uncharged in a cool, dark, dry place, such as a refrigerator.
• Batteries gradually wear down and require longer charging
tim es. This is norm al. If you charge your battery regularly and
notice a decrease in talk tim e or an increase in charging tim e,
then it is probably tim e to purchase a new battery.
The rechargeable batteries that pow er this phone m ust be
disposed of properly and m ay need to be recycled. Refer
to your battery's label for battery type. Contact your local
recycling centre for proper disposal m ethods.
Warning: Never dispose of batteries in a fire because they m ay
explode.
