PREPARATIONS
Slice (not too far in advance as meat will
darken) - Split edges to prevent curling.
Prepare recipe - Form patties - Seperate
with waxed paper - Refrigerate.
A hamburger patty plus melt a slice of
cheese on top just before serving.
Open both ends of can - Slide out
contents of can - Cut into 3/8" slices.
Form patties - Seperate with waxed
paper - Refrigerate.

Refrigerate for best results.
Cook-Mash-Season-Form patties using
1/4 cup measure.
Cook - Slice - Season.
Prepare egg batter.
