Caution
Autoprovisioning is activated by default. If you do not deactivate it, all the suitable IP
phones located in the same subnet as the PBX, will be recorded by this process. This
also relates to the advanced settings area. The selection of the devices to be included
can be restricted in the restriction area for autoprovisioning/authorized MAC
addresses.
Autoprovisioning can automatically provide Gigaset pro phones (e.g., Gigaset DE900 IP
PRO, Gigaset DE700 IP PRO, Gigaset DE410 IP PRO, Gigaset DE310 IP PRO) with the
following functions:
u
SIP account (registering the phone on the system)
u
Access data to protect the phone configuration
u
Function keys
u
Voice files
u
User menu for the phone display
u
Firmware updates
Please note
Autoprovisioning must be activated to be able to overwrite the phone settings and
transfer the function key assignment to the devices.
