Function keys

Function keys offer the users of the telephone system simple operation of frequently-
used standard actions:

Call contacts
u
Call pick-up (call grabbing)
u
Activating and deactivating call redirection
u
Logging in to and logging off call groups
u
Automatic callback
u
Parking calls
u
DND
Many functions can be used not just in the user interface, but also on the phone's keys.
The configuration and use of the keys in the interface exist irrespective of the user's
phone model. The transfer of key assignment to the phone is carried out as an option
when saving or accepting the configuration. However, this depends on the phone model,
or if the user has been assigned a device which is suitable for the transfer and use of the
Gigaset T300 PRO / Gigaset T500 PRO function keys.
Please note
To transfer key assignment to phones, autoprovisioning must be active.
You have two options to select a new function key:
