    Initial Settings When you turn the camera on for the first time, the initial settings screen will be displayed. You can set the following items and save the settings. Display Language You can choose the language in which the menus, error mes- sages etc.

    Taking Still Pictures For the simplest procedure to take still pictures: The flash fires automatically depending on the light conditions. Press the power switch. The camera will turn on. Set the mode dial to Frame the subject in the viewfinder. The focus frame in the middle of the viewfinder indicates the zone of the automatic focusing.
