7. If you want to reply to a message from the bank you can do
this by typing your message in the box and clicking 'Send'
8. You can close or delete the message chain by clicking
the respective option.
If the message is deleted, then you will no longer be
able to view it in the 'Message' tab, however a 'Closed'
message can still be viewed
