Parameter Byte 01 is shown on the top line with the currently set values.

For the purposes of manipulation, the individual bits of the new byte are to be entered on the
second line using "0" and "1". The complete Parameter Byte must always be recorded and
confirmed with the ENT key.
The bits of the Parameter Byte are numbered in descending order:

With this function, the two lines can control different clocks for pole-changing pulse operation
in 12 or 24 hour operation.
Analogue clocks usually 12 hour operation
Digital clocks usually 24 hour operation
