DO NOT BOUNCE OR OVER-STRETCH. Take your time in each stretch. Gradually take each
stretch a little deeper on every out breath to your personal maximum.

COOL-DOWN
The purpose of cooling down is to return the body to its normal or near normal, resting state at
the end of each exercise session. A proper cool-down slowly lowers your heart rate, allows blood
to return to the heart and helps prevent muscle soreness caused by the build-up of lactic acid in
the muscles.
