Problem
The camera beeps
three times.
The camera does
not turn off
automatically.
The battery
inserted in the
camera cannot be
charged.
Images are not
displayed on TV.
The camera
cannot be
operated via the
remote control
(available
separately).

Troubleshooting
The battery is exhausted.
Out of memory. Insert a memory card with sufficient free space.
The camera has run out of file numbers. Change the
memory card, or format the memory card.
An error occurred while accessing the memory card.
- Use an approved memory card.
- Check that the terminals are clean.
- Confirm that the memory card is correctly inserted.
The time until the camera turns off is fixed in the following
situations:
When connection with a smart device ends or fails: 1 min
When c Camera M Camera settings M Network
menu M Bluetooth M Send while off in the
SnapBridge 360/170 app is set to Off: 30 s (when Auto off
is set to 2 s or 5 s)
While connected with an HDMI cable: 30 min
Confirm all connections.
When connected to a computer, the camera may not
charge for any of the reasons described below.
- c Camera M Camera settings M Charge by
computer in the SnapBridge 360/170 app is set to Off.
- Battery charging is not possible if the camera's date and
time have not been set, or the date and time were reset
after the camera's clock battery was exhausted. Use the
Charging AC Adapter to charge the battery.
- Battery charging may stop when the computer enters
sleep mode.
- Depending on the computer specifications, settings,
and status, battery charging may not be possible.
A computer is connected to the camera.
The memory card contains no images.
Perform pairing.
If pairing has already been performed, select Camera &
remote using c Camera M Remote options M
Choose connection in the SnapBridge 360/170 app.
