To Answer A Call Using The Headset; Using Automatic Answer - Intermedia Polycom VVX 400 Owner's Manual

To answer a call using the headset:

Press or follow the instructions for your optional headset.
Additional information on headsets can be found on
page 48 of this guide.

Using Automatic Answer:

Automatic Answer allows a call to be answered without touching the phone.
The incoming call still shows on the display and does provide the Answer
and Reject keys.
