3. Unscrew valve cap (D) from tyre
valve (C). Deflate a tyre
completely pushing valve insert
using the back of valve remover
(E). Unscrew valve insert (F)
using valve remover (E). Do not
place valve insert (F) in sand or
dirt.

A valve insert can jump out, if

air remains in tyre. Be careful
