Cleaning
Your BT Video Baby Monitor 630 units have a durable plastic
casing that should keep their colour and finish for many years.
To clean, use only a soft cloth slightly dampened with water or
a mild soap. Don't use too much water or cleaning solvents.
Taking care of your monitor
Try to always treat your units with care. The units can get
damaged if they get wet, so make sure not to use them outside
in the rain or near a sink, bath or shower.
Guarantee
Your BT Video Baby Monitor 630 is guaranteed for 12 months
from the date you bought it.
Subject to the terms listed below, the guarantee covers the
repair of – or at BT's or its agent's discretion, the option to
replace – the BT Video Baby Monitor 630 or any part of it
which is faulty or below standard, or as a result of inferior
workmanship of materials.
Products over 28 days old from the date of purchase may be
replaced with a refurbished or repaired product.

The conditions of this guarantee are:
• the guarantee shall only apply to defects that occur within
the 12-month guarantee period
• proof of purchase is needed
• the equipment is returned to BT or its agent as instructed
• this guarantee doesn't cover the batteries and any faults
or defects caused by accidents, misuse, fair wear and tear,
neglect, tampering with the equipment, or any attempt at
adjustment or repair other than through approved agents
• this guarantee doesn't affect your statutory rights.
Within the 12-month guarantee period
Before returning your equipment, please read Help and
troubleshooting starting on page 24 or contact us on

In the unlikely event of a defect, we'll issue a Fault Reference
Authorisation (FRA) number and instructions for replacement
or repair. You'll need the FRA number when returning the
product. This doesn't affect your statutory rights.
