Adjust the overall volume of the echo module with the Level control.
Adjust the number of repeats of the internal echo effect with the Repeat control and the delay time with the
Delay control of the internal echo effect. Use a suitable tool (e.g. screw driver).

9.5 CD/MP3 player

This CD player is suitable for playing standard CDs (12 cm). Please do not use 8 cm CDs, CD business
cards or CDs with special shapes. CDs with protective foil or stickers must not be played. Replaying CDs in
CD-R and MP3 format is possible. This CD player can only play back CDs in line with the specifications of
the International Red Book. Copy-protected CDs of some manufacturers are not in line with these
specifications and may not be correctly played back.
The anti-shock memory of the CD player is able to compensate shock or vibrations occurring during the CD
sampling (up to 40 seconds with standard audio CDs, up to 5 minutes with CDs with titles in the MP3
format).
Please do also check your CD, if there are residues in the center hole. If there are some, please clean them
by using a pen or appropriate tool.

9.5.1 Replaying a CD

1. Switch on the CD player with the Power switch. The display successively indicates the following
information: load, open and if no CD is inserted NO DISC.
2. Insert a CD with the lettering facing upwards so far in the slot until it is automatically pulled in. Hold the
CD with two fingers by the edge. Avoid touching the inside area of the CD. The display indicates close,
followed by load. Then the display indicates CD
3. After reading the CD, the display shortly indicates the total title number
in the MP3 format, additionally the total folder number [h]. Then the first title
starts.
4. During replay, the replay symbol
title (minutes:seconds).

allows to switch between replay and pause. In pause mode, the pause symbol

5. Adjust the desired volume with the Volume control.
6. To stop replay, press button Stop/Eject.
7. To eject the CD, press button Stop/Eject while in stop mode. The display indicates opeN, the CD is
ejected and can be removed. By pressing the button Stop/Eject, the CD can also be pulled in again. If
the CD is not removed, the CD player automatically pulls it in after approx. 15 seconds.

9.5.2 Title selection

9.5.3 Folder selection

In case of CDs with titles in the MP3 format which have a folder structure, each folder can directly be
selected in play mode.
1. Press the Folder button. The display indicates FOLDER [c].

3. After folder selection, replay of the first title of the folder starts. To select another title, first press button
