Click "Clear All" to remove the current defined area.
There are three detection types available – Line Crossing Detection,
Intrusion Detection and Motion Detection. Select the desired detection
type then create the area that you want to define for Smart mode. For in-
structions on Line Crossing Detection and Intrusion Detection, see page
18 and page 20 respectively.

In the above right example, Motion Detection has been selected. Click
and drag to select the area that you want to define. Multiple areas can be
defined but only one detection type can used at a time. Click the green
"Search" button to start searching.
The video will automatically start playing. Sections not matching your
search criteria will play at 16x speed. Sections that match your defined
area will play at normal speed. Repeat the above steps to define a new
area or to select a different detection type.
