4-1-33 FISYSTEM DIAGNOSIS
"C32" or "C33" FUEL INJECTOR CIRCUIT MALFUNCTION
DETECTED CONDITION
Injector signal is interrupted continuous by 16 times
or more when ECU confirm injector running surge at
each combustion chamber.
▣ ▣ INSPECTION
◈ Step 1
1) Remove the fuel tank and frame cover.
2) Turn the ignition switch "OFF" position.
3) Check the injector couplers NO.1 ①
for loose or poor contacts.
If OK, then measure the injector resistance.
4) Disconnect the injector couplers NO.1 ①
NO.2 ②
and measure the resistance between
terminals.
Injector resistance
5) If OK, then check the continuity between injector
terminals and ground.
Injector continuity
Tester knob indication : Resistance ( Ϊ Ϊ )
Are the resistance and continuity OK?
YES
Go to Step 2
Replace the Injector with a new
NO
one.
