1. What is the voltage at the Heat Pump connections (heat pump not running)
2. Voltage at the Heat Pump connections when you are trying to start the Heat Pump?
3. What is the Display showing when you are trying to start / run the heat pump?
4. Stop the Heat Pump
5. Display is: BLANK / SHOWING THE TIME / SHOWING A NUMBER
6. Wait 3 min. Start Heat Pump
7. Display is: BLANK / SHOWING THE TIME / SHOWING A
NUMBER.
8. Can you hear the Heat Pump is trying to start? YES / NO
9. Is there an Error Code? YES / NO. If Yes, Error Code
10. Is the Fan starting? YES / NO
11. Can you hear the Compressor is trying to start? YES / NO.
12. Does the Compressor start for a short time only? YES / NO
13. Is there an Error Code? YES / NO If Yes, Error Code
