    PEDAL INSTALLATION Tool: Multi Hex Tool Connect the Left Pedal (15L) to the Left Crank (17L) assembly. Thread it into the crank assembly in a counter-clockwise direction by the Multi Hex Tool provided. Connect the Right Pedal (15R) to the Right Crank (17R) assembly. Thread it into the crank assembly in a clockwise direction by the Multi Hex Tool provided.

    OPERATING THE DIGITAL DISPLAY COMPUTER COMPUTER BUTTON FUNCTIONS: Push the button to turn on the display. Push the button to select each function. Push the button for 3 seconds to reset all functions except for the ODO function. COMPUTER DISPLAY FUNCTIONS & MEASURING RANGE: SCAN: Automatically displays each function every 6 seconds.

    OPERATING THE TENSION CONTROL KNOB TENSION CONTROL KNOB The tension can be adjusted by turning the tension control knob. To increase the resistance, turn the tension control knob in a clockwise direction. To decrease the tension, turn the tension control knob in a counterclockwise direction.

    WORKOUT PRINCIPAL Personal goals includes shaping, strengthening, available time, present fitness level, rehabilitation previous injuries, cardiovascular exercising, etc... By using this product correctly and on a regular basis, you can achieve your goals. Available time is a major element in determining what we do in our daily lives. If you can only exercise for 15 minutes, develop a 15 minute program with the unit.

    EXERCISES How to use When using the unit, the proper way to exercise is to set the desired tension by turning the Tension Control Knob, and then pedaling to get the best results. Pedaling at excessive speeds or applying excessive force will damage the product or may cause injury to persons.
  • Page 11 Leg Exercise Place the unit on a non-slip mat and sit comfortably in a chair, the device directly in front of you. The knee joint should not be flexed less than 90 degrees. Wear rubber soled shoes when on the pedals. Barefooted use of the unit is not recommended. WARNING Do not stand on the unit to exercise, only exercise in a seated position.
