    2. SPECIFICATIONS This equipment is a modified model of LABOKEY 802 for the purpose of using in combination with a puncher unit of Labokey 8100 automatic Sticker Print Puncher. Standard specifications arereferred to the Instruction Manual for Labokey 802 enclosed in the package.

    4-3-3 Connecting to the L8100 Puncher Unit. ① Referring to the picture on the right, remove the [Position Setting Plate B] by unscrewing 3 screws. L8100 Screws x 3 Position Setting Plate B ② Using 2 out of the removed 3 screws, connect the L8101SL to the L8100 Puncher Unit.

    5. OPERATION: Notes: Keep [Paper Cover Holder] closed before lifting Paper Holder. Be careful not to have your fingers pinched in closing [Paper Cover Holder]. 5-1 SETTING LAMINATING TAPE 1. Paste the tape onto a sheet of paper slightly wider than the tape.

    5. Put the sheet of paper with the tape pasted through outside [Tape Guide Roller] and Paper [Laminating Roller] and draw it out straight Holder from underneath [Paper Feed Pressure Roller].   • Page 12 1. Turn [Paper Width Adjust Knob] to have [Paper Width Guides] Fixing Screw aligned to the width of paper, and set a deck of papers with tips properly aligned. Loosen the screw of [Paper Length Block] and have the block aligned to the rear end of paper. Tighten the screw to fix the block.

    5-2-1 Changing Papers (from narrower paper to wider paper) Note: When the width of paper is changed, ensure to change the Paper Width Guides of L8100. The paper width adjustment cardinal point is from center. 1. Open [Paper Holder Cover] and widen the span of [Paper Width Guides] with [Paper Width Adjust Knob] on the back to match the width of the paper to be used.

    5-3 OPERATION Explanation refers to functions and operations of the equipment. LED indicators show the function currently in use and the buzzer warns the operator of the errors in operation. Start Laminating and Kiss-Punching Work. 〇 〇 POWER P.END SPACE SEN.ON The operations described below are required for both L8100 and L8101SL. ― L8101SL 〇 After setting [Laminating Tape] and [Paper] correctly, depress START/STOP AUTO [AUTO] switch. [AUTO] switch and [SEN.ON] LED are lighted on. Then, depress [START/STOP] switch.

    When the space is about 2-5mm, close Paper Holder Cover, Space send papers out by manually turning [Paper Feed Knob] while drawing paper by hand to prevent undesired sticking of paper. During this salvage procedure, make sure that next print is laminated correctly.
