Aubergine gratin

Crush the plum tomatoes in a bowl with a fork. Mix the
tomatoes with the garlic, herbs and olive oil, then season with
salt and pepper.

Remove the stalk and leaves from the top of the aubergine,
then cut the vegetable into slices 1 cm thick.

Spread a little tomato sauce over the base of the greased
porcelain dish. Lay half of the aubergine slices in the dish, then
cover with the remaining tomato sauce. Lay the rest of
the aubergine slices on top. Sprinkle with cheese.

Put the porcelain dish on to the wire shelf at level 2 of the cold
cooking space. Hot air with steaming 180 °C, 30 minutes.
