4 Operating modes Operating modes Overview of operating modes All the operating modes are described below. Follow the advice given in «Tips and tricks» (see page 37) and in «EasyCook». Steam Temperature range 30–100 °C Recommended value 100 °C Level 1 to 4 The cooking space is heated simultaneously by steam and hot air.
4 Operating modes A heating element behind the back wall of the cooking space heats up the air inside the cooking space, which is circulated evenly. With condensing steam, the energy is trans- ferred more efficiently to the food than when cooking with hot air, which accelerates the cooking process.
