FAN AND THERMODISC

The 115 volt fan must be screwed at the place provided for this purpose at the back of
the appliance. The F120 thermodisc must be fixed beside the junction box in the holes
made for the installation.
When the appliance is in function, the heat reaching a temperature of 120 °F activates
the F120 thermodisc. At this moment, the fan is activated for a better distribution of
heat in your home.
When the appliance is in function, and that conduct reaches a temperature of 160 °F,
the FS160 thermodisc will close the air entry and stop the fan in order to slow down
the wood combustion and to reach the more comfortable temperature. When the heat
goes under 160 °F, the FS160 thermodisc will automatically allow the air entry
reopening and restart the fan.
Make sure that electrical cords of the furnace do not touch the appliance
surfaces in order to avoid electrical shock or a risk of fire.
