Problem
The drive system can-
not be started using the
SmartKey.
The drive system can-

Start/Stop button. The
SmartKey is in the vehi-
cle.
Possible causes/consequences and M Solutions
KEYLESS-GO is malfunctioning.
Lock/unlock the vehicle using the remote control function of

Have the vehicle and SmartKey checked at a qualified specialist

If the vehicle can also not be locked/unlocked using the remote
control function:
