    Hardware Connections Make sure the LTE3311 is off and follow the steps listed below for the hardware connections. 1. Install the antennas. 2. SIM CARD: Insert your SIM card to the SIM card slot for the LTE network access. 3. LAN: Use an Ethernet cable to connect a computer to one of these ports for initial configuration and/or Internet access.
  • Page 5 4. POWER: Use the power adaptor provided with your LTE3311 to connect an appropriate power source to this socket. 5. Push in the power button to turn the power on. 6. USB: Connect the USB device to the LTE3311’s USB port for sharing files.
  • Page 6 • The WLAN/WPS light stays on and green when the 2.4GHz band wireless LAN is ready. The light will not turn on if the wireless connection is not activated. It blinks orange per 0.5 seconds after you press the WPS button. The process takes up to 2 minutes within which you can add a WPS-enabled device to the wireless network.

    Set Up a Wireless Connection The LTE3311’s wireless LAN is enabled by default. Use the wireless SSID (network name) and encryption key on the back panel to manually add a wireless client to the network. Refer to the User’s Guide if you wish to use WPS (Wi-Fi Protected Setup) instead.
  • Page 8 2. Select the LTE3311’s SSID name and click Connect (A). The SSID “SecureWirelessNetwork” is given here as an example. 3. When prompted for a password, enter the (WPA2-PSK) encryption key from the back panel of the LTE3311 and click Connect. 4.
  • Page 9  If you cannot connect wirelessly to the LTE3311, check that you selected the correct SSID and entered the correct security key. Make sure the LTE3311’s WLAN is enabled and the WLAN/WPS LED is on.

    Connect to the Internet 1. Open your browser and go to http://192.168.1.1. • If your service provider’s LTE login page appears instead of your default Home page then all you need to do is enter the login information that you were given and follow the on- screen instructions.

    • To set up WPS using the Web Configurator, go to Configuration > Network > Wireless LAN > WPS. Using the Wizard You can use the wizard to quickly configure your login password, time zone, the WAN and WLAN settings. 1.
