• The brightness of the LCD monitor/Viewfinder may differ from that of the actual
images. Check it using review function or setting to playback mode.
• The recordable range is between 120 cm – ¶ (Tele) and 5 cm – ¶ (Wide).
• The available setting range of the aperture value is from F2.8 to F8.0.
• If the subject is too bright, set a larger aperture value, if too dim, set a smaller
aperture value.
• It is not possible to select ISO sensitivity [AUTO].
• If the aperture value is not properly set, the color of the F and the shutter speed
values on the LCD monitor/Viewfinder become red.
Recording images (advanced)
When aperture value is set, the shutter speed
is automatically set from 1 second to
9
1/2000th according to the subject brightness.
(However, the speed range is changed from
1/30th to 1/2000th when flash fires.) Altering
the aperture value changes the depth of field
of the picture.
Manipulating this value can change the
sharpness of the background of your picture.
