Encrypted titles
Programmes recorded in encrypted form (
have the following restrictions:
- The encrypted title can be played back, but it
does not mean that it is decrypted and saved in
the decrypted form.
- Depending on the programme, it may not be
possible to play back/decrypt after recording.
- There are restrictions on the playback and
editing of encrypted programmes.
- To copy an encrypted programme, decryption
must be performed.

Decryption
Decryption is performed when the unit is turned
off. It will take about the same time as the
recorded duration.
"Copy" on the front panel display remains lighted
during decryption.

• The title before decryption will be deleted once decryption

• When the HDD does not have enough remaining space,
