Motovan Corporation - MV Agusta Canada (1391
Gay Lussac, Boucherville, Quebec J4B 7K1,
Canada - Phone no.: 450-449-3903 / Fax no.:
450-449-7773) wants you to be aware of its par-
ticipation in a no-charge Mediation/Arbitration
Program. Motovan Corporation has committed to
binding arbitration of owner disputes involving
factory-related vehicle service claims. The pro-
gram provides for the review of the facts involved
by an impartial third party arbiter, and may include
an informal hearing before the arbiter. The pro-
gram is designed so that the entire dispute settle-
ment process, from the time you file your com-
plaint to the final decision, should be completed in
about 70 days. We believe our impartial program
offers advantages over courts in most jurisdic-
tions because it is informal, quick, and free of
charge. For further information concerning eligibil-
ity in the Canadian Motor Vehicle Arbitration Plan
(CAMVAP), call toll-free 1-800-207-0685. Your
inquiry should be accompanied by the Vehicle
Identification Number (VIN).
SAFETY INFORMATION

2.1.15. SUGGESTIONS AGAINST THEFT

1. Every time you park your motorcycle, operate
the steering lock and remove the ignition key
(see § 3.5.).
2. Park your motorcycle in a closed garage every
time it is possible.
3. Always keep up to date the registration data of
your motorcycle.
4. Write down your name, address and phone
number in the spaces provided down below,
and always keep this owner's manual inside
the glove compartment of your motorcycle
(see § 4.6.). This is very important, because a
stolen motorcycle can be subsequently identi-
fied by reading the informations written in the
manual found inside it.
