Caller ID
You can pre-set the registered station in the directory of ABBR dialling and Directory Search dialling as a
voice call (TEL) station or a fax call (FAX) station.
If the Caller ID number matches with registered ABBR dialling number or the Directory Search dialling
number, the pre-set caller type (Voice Call or Fax Call) is distinguished and documents are received without
ringing if it is a fax call, or with ringing if it is a voice call.

Selecting Caller Type

1. To quit setting midway, press [STOP].
2. When you choose TEL setting, it rings 5 times and receives documents by current receiving
setting.
3. When you choose FAX setting, it receives documents without ringing regardless of current re-
ceiving setting.
