The default levels in most cases should be sufficient, if you do
adjust make a note of the factory setting. The microphone,
speaker and echo canceller levels can all be manually adjusted by
turning the trim pots which are located on the top section of the main
board. Make the adjustments while on a call in the environment that
will be used.
