Error messages

These are some of the most important error messages which may
be displayed:
Unable to install.
No access points
defined.
Define now?
Memory full.

Cause
You are not in a
GSM coverage
area.
The phone is
locked.
Phone number has
been restricted.
Unable to install game, ringing tone, application,
etc., for various reasons such as not enough
memory, or downloading failed.
You need to set up an access point for your phone
to access the service you are requesting, such as
Multimedia messaging, e-mail, or browsing the
Internet.
Phone memory is full. Delete some files before
new files can be stored. See "Shared phone
memory" on page 25.
Remedy
After copying a sound file it
becomes a read only file. To
delete the file use CD-ROM
(Panasonic X800 PC Software
Suite). Select File Transfer, find
the file you want to delete, right
click and in File Properties,
deselect Read only. Click OK. File
can now be deleted from phone.
Check that the antenna symbol p
is displayed – move to a coverage
area and operate your phone
when the antenna symbol is
displayed.
Unlock the phone.
Switch off restriction.
