Transport and storage VR 250 ECH/B is delivered in one piece lying on a pallet for easy transportation using a forklift. The unit should be stored and transported in such a way that it is protected against physical damage that can harm panels, handles, display etc. -

Fireplace, kitchen ventilator, tumble dryer etc. Balanced ventilation is obtained where the VR 250 ECH/B is installed. There will normally be no under pressure in the building, and therefore no risk for back draught from fireplace or chimney (fig. 9). -

Transport och lagring VR 250 ECH/B Levereras som en komplett enhet liggande på pall för att lätt transporteras med pallyftare. Aggregatet ska transporteras och lagras så att det är skyddat mot skador på höljet, anslutningar etc. Det ska täckas så att damm, regn och snö inte kan komma in och skada aggregatet och dess komponenter. -

OBS! ° Om kökskåpa inte ansluts till VR 250 ECH/B måste anslutningsstosen för denna täckas/tätas. Torktumlare skall inte anslutas till ventilationsaggregatet utan bör ha en egen kanal. Kanalanslutningarna på aggregatet bör hållas täckta under lagring och montage. -

Denna kanal ansluts till de övriga frånluftskanalerna – inte till anslutningen för spiskåpa. I VR 250 ECH/B leds matoset direkt till frånluftsfläkten utan att föras genom värmeväxlaren. För att uppnå bra värmeåtervinning från grundventilationen bör frånluftsventilen i köket därför vara inkopplad (pos.6, fig.1) tillsammans med frånluften från våtutrymmena. -

Vorwort Die Installations-, Betriebs- und Wartungsanleitung beschreibt das Lüftungsgerät VR 250 ECH/B aus dem Hause Systemair AB. Sie enthält die wichtigsten Anweisungen und Empfehlungen zur Auslegung, Installation und Inbetriebnahme sowie zum Betrieb des Geräts. Das sorgfältige Studium dieses Handbuchs, der vorschriftsmäßige Geräteeinsatz und die Einhaltung aller Sicherheitsmaßregeln sind wesentliche Voraussetzungen für den fachgerechten und sicheren Gerätebetrieb. -

Transport und Lagerung Das Lüftungsgerät VR 250 ECH/B wird zum einfachen Transport mit einem Gabelstapler im Ganzen auf Palette geliefert. Das Gerät soll so gelagert und transportiert werden, dass Bleche, Griffe, Anzeige usw. vor Beschädigung geschützt sind, und zum Schutz des Geräteinnern und der Bauteile vor Staub, Regen und Schnee abgedeckt werden. -

Kanalanschlusses flexibler. Jedoch sollte nach max. 1,5 m auf DN 160 erweitert werden, um die optimale Ausnutzung der Geräteleistung zu erhalten. ACHTUNG! Wenn keine Dunstabzugshaube am VR 250 ECH/B angeschlossen ist, muß der Anschluß verschlossen werden. Die Rohrverbindungen/enden sollten während der Lagerung und Installation verschlossen sein. -

Küche und Trockenräumen installiert werden. Achtung: Auch wenn eine DH angeschlossen ist, ist ein separates Abluftventil in der Küche zu installieren. Beim VR 250 ECH/B wird die Abluft der Haube am Wärmetauscher vorbeigeführt. Um eine optimale Wärmerückgewinnung der Anlage zu erreichen, muß das separate Abluftventil der Küche an den Strang der Nassräume angeschlossen werden. -

(Fig. 8) (je Abluftventil ca 70 cm² freier Querschnitt). Holzöfen, Kamine, Dunstabzugshaube, Wäschetrockner Wenn das VR 250 ECH/B installiert ist, ist ein ausgeglichener Zu- und Abluftstrom gegeben, so daß im Gebäude normalerweise kein Unterdruck herrscht (Fig.9). Eine offene Feuerstelle benötigt ca. 154-300 m /h Frischluft. -

Auch die DH wird steckerfertig mit 1m Kabel und Schukostecker geliefert mit zusätzlich einer Steuerleitung zum WRG-Gerät. Wenn die Klappe in der DH öffnet, gehen die Ventilatoren im VR 250 ECH/B automatisch auf max. Drehzahl. Installieren Sie ein ca. 1 m, 2-adriges Kabel für ein potentialfreies Signal von der Haube zum Gerät. -
