Donotcleanthe bakeunitor broil unit. Anysoil willburnoffwhentheunit is heated.
NOTE: The bake unit is hjnged and can be lifted gent!y to clean the oven floor. If
spillover,
residue,or ashaccumula~ aroundthebakeunit,gentlywipearoundtheunitwithwarmwater.
Drain fat, coolpan andrackslightly.(Donotlet soiledpanand rackstandin ovento cool,)
Sprinkleon detergent.Fill the pan withwarmwaterandspreadclothor papertoweloverthe
rack. Let panand rackstandfor a fewminutes.Wash;scourif necessary,Rinseanddry.

and dry and replace. (Openingshouldmatchopeningin drip pan.)

a damppaper towelbeforeheatingthe Calrod" unit.
