To turn off Sabbath mode on the Hotpoint RB790DT:

1. Touch the CLEAR/OFF pad.
2. Tap the CLOCK pad until "ON" or "OFF" appears in the display.
3. Touch and hold both the BAKE and BROIL HI/LO pads at the same time until the display shows "SF".
4. Touch the START/ON pad.

Note: If the oven was cooking, wait for a delay of about 30 seconds to 1 minute until only ⊃ appears in the display.
