button and DOUGH PROOF/YOGURT (
button for one second.
• The removal of remaining water operates for
45 seconds.
• Do not press any button during this process.
• Keep the door closed during this process.
When done, empty the water tank and drip tray. Clean the water tank with water.

Cleaning the inside of the oven

1. With a dish towel dampened with neutral detergent, wipe out any food residue
on the oven's walls and ceiling.
2. Stains and dry food residue can be removed easily using steam cleaning.
3. Wipe the inside of the oven with a dry cloth.
