USING THE POWER DEFROST MODE

Samsung's smart oven enables you to quickly defrost frozen food.
When defrosting food, do not wrap it with aluminum or plastic wrap.
1. Press the POWER DEFROST (
2. Turn the +/- DIAL to select a menu.
(Refer to page 49)
3. After selecting a menu, press the SELECT/
START (
Put the food on a heat-resistant dish, and
place the dish at the bottom of the oven.
4. Turn the +/- DIAL to select a serving size, and
press the SELECT/START (
• The Defrost mode starts.
5. When a beep sounds, open the door and turn
the food over. Then, press the SELECT/START
(
• If you do not open the door when hearing
the beep, the oven still continues defrosting.
• Do not use the Multi-pan or Insert rack. Otherwise, this may result in fire.
• Do not use the defrosting function immediately after using the oven for cooking
food. Start the defrosting after the oven has cooled down.
