REMOVING THE CONVECTION FAN
MOTOR (CONT)
Remove three fan motor mounting screws and the
motor is now accessible from the back of the
oven. (Convection Fan removed)

REMOVING THE HIDDEN BAKE ELEMENT
At the back of the oven locate the bake element
terminals. Remove the two electrical
connections from the element.
The cover protecting the bake element location
has five mounting screws that need to be
removed.
Arrange the wire harness at the left so that you
can remove the cover.
With the cover removed a perforated cover is
mounted in place with three screws. Remove
the screws and bend the cover upward
Clip under the cover between terminals
Under the cover you need to locate and remove
two bake element mounting screws.
Between the element terminals is a clip that
needs to be bent upward far enough to free the
element from the housing.
Note: when pulling the element out, there will be
some resistance because of the element coils.
Lift the coils upward to free the element.
