Included in the Delivery Your new loudspeakers is delivered in one box. This box contains the OREA loudspeaker and an accessory pack, as well as your “Welcome to the Audio Physic Family“ package containing this Owner‘s Manual and the Final Inspection Certificate. -

AUDIO PHYSIC loudspeakers in the comfort of your own home. As a rule, your competent AUDIO PHYSIC dealer will deliver and install your loudspeaker. If you would rather install your product yourself, the following pages provide you with detailed tips and steps to follow in order to safely set up your loudspeakers. -

The loudspeaker first reach its full sound potential after a specific burn-in period. We burn in the drivers of the OREA at our factory prior to assembly, meaning that they normally only need a burn-in period of a few hours at a normal room volume and with music that has a range of frequencies that is as wide as possible, for example orchestral pieces. -

When used in stereo operation, the OREA can be placed close to the wall without any problems. If you increase the distance between the loudspeaker and the back wall, the sound will tend to become tighter, but also leaner. -
Page 7: Connecting The Loudspeakers / Bi-Wiring Operation
This is what we call “no loss of fine detail”. “Bi Wiring“ Operation If your OREA is fitted with a bi-wiring terminal and you would like to use this option, please connect the loudspeaker cable from the amplifier to the upper two connectors on the loudspeaker in order to control its midrange area and tweeter system and a further cable to the connectors underneath in order to control the woofer system. -

Thanks to its high performance and the fact that the centre speaker is responsible for around 70% of the sound reproduction in the case of classic films and concerts, the OREA can be easily combined with smaller main loudspeakers. This is a particularly good option for smaller rooms and cases in which the system will be predominantly or solely used for surround sound. - Page 9 If you use a large screen and/or your furniture enables it, you can also use two OREA loudspeakers as a stereo system. The loudspeakers can then be placed on a lowboard or on loudspeaker feet. The loudspeaker’s radiation characteristics are designed in such a way that the lobe-shaped sound beam is directed slightly upwards.
