Lubricate the threads. Torque to 54–60 N.m.
Torque to 15–16 N.m.
PTFE
Apply tape to the top and bottom threads.
See Detail A, page 23.
Torque to 8–10 N.m.
The tube must drop freely in the pipe (1).
Apply sealant to the threads.
The seal in the bearing must face down.
Apply threads sealant to the motor tie bolts.
