Thiswarranty appliesonly for single family domestic use in
Canada when the Refrigeratorhas been properly installed
according to the instructions supplied by Mabe and is connected
to an adequate and proper utility service,
Damagedue to abuse, accident, commercial use,and alteration
or defacing of the serial plate cancels all obligations of this
warranty,
Serviceduring this warranty period must be performed by an
AuthorizedMabe ServiceAgent,
NeitherMabe nor the Dealer is liablefor any claims or damages
resultingfrom failure of the Refrigeratoror from servicedelays
beyond their reasonablecontrol,
Toobtain warranty service,purchaser must present the original
Billof Sale,Components repaired or replaced are warranted
through the remainder of the original warranty period only,
Thiswarranty is extended to the original purchaser and any
succeeding owner for products purchased for home use within
Canada,In home warranty servicewill be provided in areas
where it is available and deemed reasonable by Mabe to provide,
Thiswarranty is in addition to any statutory warranty,
WHAT IS NOT COVERED:
• Owneris responsible to pay for servicecalls relatedto
product installationand/or teachinghow to usethe
product.
Damageto finish mustbe reportedwithin/48hours
following the deliveryof the appliance.
Damageto finishafter delivery.
Improperinstallation-proper installationincludesadequate
air circulationto the refrigerationsystem,adequate
electrical, p lumbingand otherconnectingfacilities.
Replacement o f housefusesor resettingof circuit breakers.
Replacement o f light bulbs.
Damageto product causedby accident,fire,floods or acts
of God.
Lossof food due to spoilage.
Properuseand care of productas listed in the owner's
manual,propersettingof controls.
Productnot accessible to providerequiredservice.
