Cranberry-Wheat Bread

recipe.
Large Loaf (1 l/2 pounds)
1 l/4 CUPS water
2 tablespoons margarine or butter,
softened
2 cups Gold Medal Better for
flour
1 114 cups Gold Medal whole wheat floul
1 112 teasDOcJ"S
salt
1 teaspo& ground mace
2 teaspoons regular active dry yeast
1 3/4 teaspoons bread machine yeast or
quick-acting active dry yeast
Mix-ins:
l/2 cup dried cranberries
Fruitcake Bread

Large Loaf (1 l/2 pounds)
1 cup plus 2 tablespoons water
2 tablespoons margarine or butter,
softened
3 114 cups Gold Medal@ Better for
1 112 teaspoons salt
OR
quick-acting active dry yeast
Mix-ins:
1. Remove bread pan; attach kneading blade.
2. Place all ingredients except Mix-ins in bread pan in the order listed.
3. Insert bread pan, close lid and plug in.
4. Select bread type: Press "=" until SWEET is blinking. Press SELECT.
5. Select crust color: Press "a" until LIGHT is blinking. Press SELECT.
6. Press "B" to skip rapid cycle.
8. Press START. Bread will be done baking in the number of hours indicated.
Mix-ins when bread maker beeps 3 times (about 15 minutes after starting).
Small Loaf (1 pound)
2 tablespoons honey
1 tablespoon margarine or butter,
softened
1 114 cups Gold Medal@ Better for
1 teaspoon salt
2 teaspoons regular active dry yeast
