Automatic Shutoff/Sabbath Mode

The oven control is set to automatically shut off the oven
12 hours after the oven is turned on. This feature can be turned
off by using the Sabbath Mode.
12 Hour Shutoff Mode is disabled during an active Sabbath
Mode.
All tones and chimes are disabled during an active Sabbath
Mode.
Sabbath Mode can be activated only with the Bake function.
Oven lights status will remain in the state they were in before
entering into the active Sabbath Mode.
Once in the active Sabbath Mode, the oven light will not
respond to the Oven Light key or the door being opened.
The Kitchen Timer is disabled during an active Sabbath
Mode.
To Activate an Enabled Sabbath Mode:
Sabbath Mode can be activated at any time during an enabled
Sabbath Mode.
1. With a timed or untimed Bake function started (see the
"Baking" section for help starting Bake), press SETTINGS
followed by 7 on the number pad. "Sabbath Bake" appears in
the upper text area.
For a Timed Bake function, the time will also be displayed
when the oven starts heating.
After 3 seconds, the display will continuously scroll "Sabbath
Mode- On holidays to change temp press 0-9 and start.
Press (1) for 170°F, Press (2) for 200°F Press (3) for 225°F
Press (4) for 250°F Press (5) for 300°F Press (6) for 325°F
Press (7) for 350°F Press (8) for 375°F Press (9) for 400°F
Press 0 for 450°F."

To Adjust Temperature (when Sabbath Mode is running in
only one oven):
1. Press the number pad for the desired temperature setting.
See the chart in "To Enable Sabbath Mode (one time only)" in
this section. No temperature will appear in the display.
2. Press and hold START longer than 1 second to set the
temperature change.

To Adjust Temperature (when Sabbath Mode is running in
both ovens):
1. Press BAKE for the desired oven.
2. Press the number pad for the desired temperature setting.
See the chart in "To Enable Sabbath Mode (one time only)" in
this section.
3. Press and hold START longer than 1 second to set the
temperature change.
To Deactivate an Enabled Sabbath Mode:
Sabbath Mode can be deactivated at any time during an enabled
Sabbath Mode.
1. Press SETTINGS, then 7 for 5 seconds to return to regular
baking or press OFF to turn off the oven(s).
If a Power Failure Occurs During Sabbath Mode
If a power failure occurs during Sabbath Mode, the upper text
area will display "Sabbath." Press UPPER or LOWER OFF to exit
Sabbath Mode and return to the Automatic Shutoff Mode.
WARNING
Food Poisoning Hazard
Do not let food sit in oven more than one hour before
or after cooking.
Doing so can result in food poisoning or sickness.
The Favorite feature allows you to save the time and temperature
settings from any active cook function.
To Save a Cooking Function as a Favorite:
1. Press FAVORITE. "press 1 to RETRIEVE, 2 to SAVE last
cooking cycle" will appear in the upper text area.
2. Press "2" to save the last performed cooking function. A
confirmation message ("SAVED") will appear.
To Recall and Start a Favorite:
1. Press FAVORITE. "press 1 to RETRIEVE, 2 to SAVE last
cooking cycle" will appear in the upper text area.
2. Press "1." The last saved function will appear onscreen. If no
functions have been ever saved, "no favourite saved" will
appear, and an error sound will play.
3. The set temperature can be changed by using the number
keypad to enter the desired value, then pressing START. The
Cook Time (if available) can be changed by pressing COOK
TIME, then using the number keypad to enter desired time,
then pressing START. The temperature and time can be
changed after the function has started.
4. Place food in the oven when required.
5. Press CANCEL for the oven that is being used when finished.
6. Remove food from the oven.
