Answering machine announcements

Note If you have not saved a personal announcement, the answering
machine will automatically use the pre-recorded announcement in the
specific language of your country.

Choosing your default announcement

Menu > Ans. machine
• Press Select.
• Select Outgoing msg.
• Select the language to be used with the keys
• Select Select using the
The action is confirmed by the "OK" indication.

Recording your personal announcement

Menu > Ans. machine
• Press Select.
• Select Outgoing msg.
• Select Personal using the
• Select Record
• Clearly state your announcement.
• Press Stop, to stop the recording of the announcement.
• The message Save changes ? is displayed, press Yes
The recorded announcement is played.
If you make a mistake while recording the message, repeat the operations
described above until you are satisfied with your message.
Note The recording of a new message will automatically replace the
previous message.
