Front Caster Bearings - Remove & Replace
1.
Remove the dust cap at the top of the caster
assembly (Figure 107).

Hold the caster assembly stationary and loosen
the bearing adjustment nut (Figure 108).

Remove the bearing adjuster nut while holding the
caster assembly.
4.
Remove the upper caster bearing.
5.
Pry the lower bearing seal out of the housing and
remove the lower bearing.
