Check function of nail feeder per Clean and lubricate.

Ribbon spring weakend or damaged? Replace ribbon spring.
Check for proper nails. Use oniy recommended nails.
Weak drive. Check air pressure.
Slow to cycle. Increase air pressure. (DO not
exceed 120 psi (8.3 bar 8.5 kgflcm2))
Use Hitachi pneumatic tool lubricant
Driver blade worn?
Piston O-ring worm or damaged? Contact Hitachi for replacement.
Drives too deep. Check air pressure. Reduce air pressure. (Adjust 70 - 1 20 psi)
Skipping nails. Intermittent feed. Check for proper nails. Use only recommended nails.
Check function of nail feeder per Clean and lubricate.
