Section II - INSTALLATION FOR USE
2-1 Preparation Of Mower
Remove the rear shield and skid plate from the mower.
Remove (3) 3/8" carriage bolts and (3) 3/8"-16 nuts from
the rear bumper to disconnect the rear shield. Remove
(2) 3/8"-16 carriage bolts (2) 3/8"-16 nuts from the skid
plate to disconnect the skid plate from the frame of the
mower. Refer to Figure 2-1a for reference. Keep the
hardware for use later in the installation.

NOTE: Engine pulley installation instructions are for
PTO models only.
From the underside of the mower, remove the 7/16" bolt,
lock washer and flat washer that secure the electric
clutch to the engine shaft. Refer to Figure 2-1b.

Hardware
Locate the engine pulley hardware bag P#(HB0473).
Secure the engine pulley assembly number 13
P#(A0732) to the electric clutch using (1) 7/16"-20 x 3-
1/4" HHCS P#(K0351), (1) helical spring lock washer
P#(K0140), (1) .250 x .250 x .500 keyway P#(K1628)
and the flat washer removed in Section 2-1b. Refer to
Figure 2-1c for reference.

2-2 Lower Mount Plate Installation
Attach the lower mount plate P#(B0719) to the rear of
the mower. Use the existing hardware removed in
Section 2-1a. The lower mount plate attaches to the rear
bumper with (3) existing carriage bolts and nuts. The
lower mount plate attaches to the rear frame, where the
skid plate was removed, using (2) existing carriage bolts
and nuts. Refer to Figure 2-2.
