• When installing the balancer driven gear, align the three
punched marks
CD.
• Tighten the balancer nut to the specified torque with the
special tool.
0991 0-20 115 : Conrod holder
Tightening torque : 45-55 N·m
(4.5-5.5 kg-m, 32.5-40.0 lb-ft)
KICK STARTER SHAFT
• When installing the kick starter, align the punched marks
®.
• Install the kick starter shaft assembly and rotate the end® of
the return spring to the hole of the crankcase.
