Tighten pulley set screw, torque to 140–180 in–lbs (16.4– 20.34 Nm).
Tighten flywheel screw, torque to 15–18 ft–lbs (20.3– 24.4 Nm).

It is normal for some pressure drop to occur when an accessory is used,
adjust the regulator as instructed in regulator under Features if pressure
drop is excessive.
notE: Adjust the regulated pressure under flow conditions while
accessory is being used.

Run unit for longer duty cycles. It is recommended that a 50%-75% average
duty cycle be maintained; that is, the air compressor pump should not run
more than 30-45 minutes in any given hour.
