instructions on page 9,
Remove food from wrapper and place in a
microwave-safe dish or place on a
microwave-safe roasting rack.
Cover thin parts with aluminium foil.
Item Special Notes
Large roasts should be still icy in centre. Allow
to stand.
Fish and seafood should also be slightly icy.
Food can be defrosted in a styrofoam package.
Some types of food will need to be rearranged
at the Dause.
Beef
Ground beef Turn over and remove defrosted porhon at pause.
