WEIGHT DEFROST allows you to easily defrost foods by eliminating guesswork
in determining defrosting time. Follow the steps below for easy defrosting.

Weight must be entered in pounds. See
weight ranges in chart above for each food
category.

Note:• If a weight is entered that is not within the ranges listed in chart
above, the oven will not proceed with the defrosting program.
