Sending the telephone number using a Number on the
Telephone List
6a. Press , or /, to enter the telephone
list. / takes you forward to the next mem-
ber of the list; , takes you backwards to
the previous member of the list.
6b. Stop at the member you wish to call.
6c. The display alternates
between showing the
member's name and
telephone number.
6d. Press the PTT button.
6e. The telephone number
will be sent out; you will
hear tones as they are
sent.
6f. If you hear a busy signal, go to step 8 for
hang-up procedure.

Telephone List
6a. Press , or /, to enter the telephone
list.
6b. Enter the location (any preprogrammed loca-
tion from 1 through 19) of the number you
wish to call.
6c. The radio will go to the selected location.
6d. The display alternates
between showing the
member's name and
telephone number.
6e. Press the PTT button.
6f. The telephone number
will be sent out; you will
hear tones as they are
sent.
6g. If you hear a busy signal, go to step 8 for
hang-up procedure.
